Coordinate with engineers and surveyors to prepare the appropriate documentation and permits needed to start construction, including:

• Site plan

• Utility plan and design

• Grading and erosion plan

• Stormwater pollution prevention plan

• Traffic study

• Landscape plan

• Structural review of building design

• Wetland jurisdictional determination and mitigation plan
